Refund policy

Draft, not legal advice. This page explains in plain English how WeatheredOut works. A lawyer has not reviewed it, it may change before launch, and it should not be relied on as a legal document. Written October 2, 2026.

The short version

A full report costs $29, paid once, for one location and one month. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. If the weather station data for your report is missing, you are refunded in full on request. We look at any other request made in those 7 days one by one.

How to ask

Write to support@weatheredout.com within 7 days of buying. Include the report ID, which is shown on the report, and the email address on your payment receipt.

When station data is missing

If the weather station data your report depends on is missing, ask within the 7 days and you are refunded in full on request, without having to make a case. Requests made after the 7 days are not covered by this policy.

What happens to your report

A refunded report stays accessible. Whether we refund you in full or in part, the full report and its PDF stay open at the same link, and you do not need to do anything. A refund does not take access away.

If you paid twice

If you paid twice for the same report, tell us. The extra payment can be refunded, and your access to the report stays as it is.
